Bob devotes much of his time to the development of young talent. He inspires young singers by working one on one with them to incorporate a solid technique into any style of music from Opera to Broadway to Pop. He has served as the head of the Music Department at the Randolph Academy for the Performing Arts (www.randolphacademy.com), Toronto's Triple Threat, Music Theatre School. At RAPA he has taught private voice, Music Theatre Presentation, and conducts the Men's Chorus and the entire student body in the Randolph Chorale. He continues to teach Vocal Tech and MTP 1 and Private voice. Previously Bob was on the voice faculty of New York University's CAP21, the Music Theatre Conservatory division of the Tisch Conservatory. He also served as adjunct professor of voice at New Jersey's William Patterson University. His voice students are featured on Broadway, National Tours and in regional companies across North America. He also enjoys instilling the love of music in the very young as an Elementary vocal music instructor for the Toronto Catholic District School Board.

Bob has worked extensively as a clinician for visiting choirs and music educators both in Canada and the United States and is available for bookings through Elwood Saracuse.
